Our Goal: Clean, Healthy and Safe Water for Lake Memonin, Tainter Lake and the Red Cedar River Basin
You can help track the occurrence of blooms and illness. Submit reports of bloom occurrence, size, duration, and location (town, county, and place within the lake) to DNRHABS@wisconsin.gov. Including photos is also very helpful. It is strongly encouraged to document potential algae-related illnesses in people, pets, and even wildlife as soon as possible by filling out the Harmful Algae Bloom Illness or Sighting Survey, or by calling 608-266-1120.
